Friendship Blog Hop--February 19 - 21

Hope you are having a CRAFTASTIC weekend!

Welcome to my Blog, and the Friendship Blog Hop! If you've come from visiting Cherie (Crafting In The Pines), you're in the right place. If you were just looking at my blog and want to play along with our blog hopping fun, you can go to the beginning at http://www.craftycardgallery.blogspot.com/.  See below for blog list.

This blog hop is all about friendship. Sometimes it's nice to just send a card to a friend for no particular reason or to celebrate something with them. There will be opportunities to win some blog candy and get lots of inspiration from great talented ladies! So sit back, and enjoy the hop!

For my project I decided make an inspirational card. True friends are far and few in this world so when they are going through difficult times it’s always great to give them a boost and remind them of their strength.

Hope you like…would love your feedback.

For my project this week I made a card and kept it very simple...since most of the men I know aren't very flashy.

Cricut Imagine- Love You Card

Wow...I can't say I'm going through scrapping withdrawals anymore...lol.

I made this card for a very close family member currently undergoing chemo for breast cancer...to let her know how much we love and admire her and she's always in our prayers.  I was also able to enter it in a few challenges:  Emma and Sarah Imagine Nation Monday (Polka Dot), My Pink Stamper (Think Pink Project) and Cricut Cardz (card for Breast Cancer Awareness).

Cartridges used:  Cricut Imagine Best Friends- pattern papers, Love You (popped up) and Nursery Tails- squirrel, butterfly and mushroom.  Cuttlebug for embossing- Seeing Spots Folder.  Stickles on the butterfly, drew drops and rhinestones for added embellishments.  Hope you like...would love your feedback!
